Well the ride on the GRAND CENTRAL rail link north was fine. I managed to impersonate my sister and introduce the guest speaker at her historical society, many in the audience didn’t know the difference and it was an interesting talk. A week at home then back on Easyjet for the BODYSHOP NIGHT.
So much mango .coconut , kiwi ,almond etc. people could be forgiven for tasting the products instead of the buffet table!
We had a good turn out and with raffle prizes donated by friends and neighbours made nearly £300.
The week has been final edit of the cook book and the first draft is in the post for inspection. Tal has a busy week aswell as check ups at the hospital he has been visiting cake sales, book give-aways, Cardiff city v Ipswich Soccer match and today the Llanelli Marathon.
If you don’t know it the Welsh coastline is stunning and this was a coastal run.
We didn’t run but were there to shout for Hefin and Rhian as they crossed the line in Fancy Dress.
We also had a team from the local IKEA store run for Tal. One of the guys has a son in Tal’s nursery.
It has been such a successful week-end I think the halfway mark could be in sight and I know Jonathon will shortly be making an exciting announcement on the web page.
I fly back with Easyjet tomorrow for a week up north…. I may not have been in the Marathon but the title of the blog is for me… keep on running!
